The complimentary breakfast was nice. However, based on my observation there were people (non paid guests) who may have come into the dining area during the "7:00am-9:00am hours and helped themselves to the breakfast bar then leave the premises.
Overall, the staff members were friendly, had great hospitality and were accommodating to the "paid" guests, and/or even the "unpaid guest"
Negatives:
Perhaps, during my stay the only concern was the was a very strong foul odor within the room when you first enter and it was very subjective if it could be a health issue.
Additionally, I noticed that there was an entry security door (130+) corridor that was not aligned properly and did not automatically lock/engage when it closed.

Positives:
The only advantage of this facility is location. The hotel is located near the shopping center and in proximity to the amphitheater where concerts are held.
Negatives:
The hotel facility looks nice from the outside but that's where it ends - the hotel staff does not respond to greetings from guests and allows themselves to make private comments towards them. From the very entrance to the facility it is clear that its level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as its technical condition is in very poor condition. It is worth mentioning that this hotel in reality looks like a lower quality motel or hostel and its actual condition differs from the photos presented on the internet and many positive opinions about it that can be found. The complex is divided into several buildings separated from each other, which can be reached via an external path. After entering the hotel facility, you can clearly smell the unpleasant smell of cooked dinner and cigarette smoke. The technical condition of the elevator that took us to our floor left a lot to be desired, and the smell in it was different from the hotel's standard. The hotel room also smells of cigarettes and the bedding is also soaked in this smell. It should be added that at the hotel we did not receive water, coffee or any amenities that should be available in this type of hotel. The bathroom was also not clean, there was sediment in the bathtub and the toilet was not cleaned well enough. The worst thing that happened to us in this hotel, the real nightmare, started at night when we came back from the concert we wanted to rest because we were very tired but we didn't manage to do it. The bed was very uncomfortable and after a whole night of sleep we felt completely sleepless and sore. At night we could hardly fall asleep because the air conditioning was very loud and turned on every 5 minutes as loudly as a moving delivery truck. However, this was not the only reason for insomnia in bed at night, something was constantly biting us. As if that wasn't enough at 6:00 a.m. the alarm clock next to our bed rang by itself, we didn't set it, it rang by itself.
