Room was beautiful and spacious.
Negatives:
The towels felt like sandpaper. Weren't soft at all. And the bed is a very firm bed. No Smart TV. AC is controlled by a master unit. You'll never get it as cold as you want for sleep.

Surface parking (not free) was convenient All i of the staff was nice. Free coffee.

It was very dark, under renovation in lobby. Elevators slow, ice machine worked inconsistently. No drawers for storage nor a chair (except desk chair).

I arrived to my room around 9:00 after having been checked in since 3:00 to my key not working. I contacted the front desk to let them know and Bishop, the front desk worker, came and tried all three of his keys with no luck. He let me know the manager would be there soon. I waited outside in the hallway for nearly 2 hours. BISHOP WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO TREATED MY PROBLEM LIKE A PRIORITY. Bishop did everything he could and offered everything he could to accommodate us during our issue. The manager was in no rush at all to get us into our room while we had been sitting in the hallway most of the night. Bishop offered to put us in another room as we waited to get in ours, to which I declined. Bishop helped me out and did everything he could to help us during the issue. BISHOP NEEDS A RAISE, HE IS A PHENOMENAL EMPLOYEE.
