The lobby was very Hot because the air wasn’t working the whole weekend. very uncomfortable in the lobby area. On the second day our shower only produced Cold water and I did tell the front desk.

The design and pictures on the stairs tale you back on time and tell you a story. Thank you to the front desl on shift! He was very helpful helping me find overnight parking.

I was here for the Taylor Swift weekend, and first, I had booked a 2 double bed room, and we received a king bed room. I tried to go back downstairs after check in to resolve it, but they said they were completely sold out. My other friends that were going to stay in the room had to purchase an air mattress last minute since we only had one bed. The elevators were also an issue. One elevator was working which made unloading the car, moving about the hotel, and packing up the car difficult with it being so crowded. Also, the free breakfast consisted of free coffee but not much else. I understand the being sold out but I would’ve like both elevators to have been working and the correct room we had booked to be honored.

The hotel does not have a concierge, nor do they have a map to tell me my whereabouts. With the help of your polite and resourceful front desk staff, I figured my way around with Google map.
I wanted to visit the Museum of Civil Rights and the hotel is walking distance from it. Excellent!!
Room was spacious and nice. Bed is very comfy (important for good night sleep).
The coffee machine was unexpected too.

It will be nice if you can have hot water kettle on the room too. Look forward to visiting it again when your lobby renovation is over.

The views were incredible from my room on the 8th floor. The lobby was trendy.
Negatives:
I specifically needed a room to sleep from 9 A.M - 1:30 P.M so being that, i checked in as if i was staying a whole night and paid a whole full nights price and thats fine. Except that i wasnt able to sleep for more than two hours due to construction happening in the room next to mine. I also didnt find it nice that i had to pay $35.00 to park in a spot that was open in front of the hotel. Not even gated or protected. On top of that, I had to remind the staff for the parking receipt to put on my car so it wouldn’t get towed.
