The evening reception was literally chips, salsa and pasta salad. I've never seen an Embassy Suites so lacking.

It was very clean. Room wise! It is our second stay as a family

This was our second stay here and our ac for our room was broken last year. And was told it was a filter but it was clearly broken. Only accommodation was a room switch. Which honestly was not good enough when we had to stay in the room for 30-50minutes while the guys worked on the ac filter.

Nothing was to like a complete nightmare from start to finish!

Our experience was absolutely horrible! Was charged $23.00 to park in hotel parking lot then we get in our room exhausted from travel and have to be at airport very early in morning hours.... there is music blasting just below us! This went on for hours, we assumed it was a lounge and would close by 10:00 or 11:00 ...... This did not happen!!!! I contacted front desk as i found the source of blasting music was the exercise room " with no one in it " I ask front desk to turn volume down. Front desk declared they had no way to do so and offered us another room .. in our sleepless despair we agreed nearing 2:00 am at this point! The room we were sent to smelled so bad we immediately went back to our room with the blasting music..... left for the airport with no sleep !!!!! Absolute horrid lack of customer service, rooms, grounds all around disgusting... start to finish a nightmare! I believe we are due a refund!! Thank You DLC

Food was absolutely terrible and took an hour and a half for a couple of salads and a burger. Breaded chicken had no chicken in it. Terrible quality and not worth the wait. Lack of staff was an issue as well.
