It never got cool enough in my room. Staff never reset my room properly, and didn’t even notice once that there were no dispensers for the shower gel and shampoo in my shower. Like the staff never even bothered to look in the shower at all (was it even cleaned before me?). I had to ask for shampoo and they just brought up a bottle that’s supposed to go into the wall holder that didn’t exist in my shower. My key card couldn’t let me in the front door at night and when management noticed they tried to fix it even though the staff that did let me in knew it never worked. Poor communication.
