Location as it was right next to the interstate and Atlanta downtown

The hotel isnt suitable for more than 1 night or people on vacation. The hallway smells weed, some people (homeless?)actually lives there, saw few people having grill on parking lot. The window doesnt open. The AC doesnt work.

The cleanliness of this hotel was completely absent! The amount of wait time for help at the service desk was not pleasing. More than one employee should be able to help customers while the line grows increasingly long.My first room was totally disgusting

When you booking says the breakfast is included, is a complete joke, no breakfast at all , just one jar of coffee and one jar of hot water with some sachets next , for the price you can find a good hotel with real breakfast included , I pay for deluxe studio says is complete with toast machine and other kitchen accessories but is totally different not have nothing , stove top came out of pieces, i turn microwave for heat my coffee start a fire , a lot stains at carpet floors we supposed to be there for 2 nights we going out same day we arrive 4am for checking and checkout at 8pm

The location was perfect for what I was doing in the area.

Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. TV didn't work. I checked the connections, just wouldn't turn on. No pillows in the room on arrival. A couple of the towels smelled musty. Towel bar by sink kept falling.

Didn't want to give me the room I booked. Nasty hallways. Microwave didn't work. Stains on carpet. Mold all over bathroom ceiling. Free breakfast literally meant coffee, no cereal, no fruit, not even a muffin, nothing. Kids running down hallways until after midnight. Had to evacuate over fire alarm. Will never stay at another one of their properties.
