Positives: good value, convenient location
Negatives: The wi-fi was terrible. I stayed here because my condo flooded and I work from home so paid extra for the “faster” wi-fi and it was honestly unusable. The most bandwidth-intensive thing I do is Zoom meetings and they were nearly impossible.

Positives: One of the staff members were extra friendly, and she accompanied me to adress the issue I had with my first room. She changed it without an attitude, and guided me to the next room of choice. Other than that, all of the places I wanted to go to were 15 mins or less. So, that was the bright side of it.
Negatives: The room I had at first bathroom wasn't clean. She insisted to clean it up, but I just wanted another room. The next room she gave me had a TV that was barely standing, but it still worked though. I was just scared to move it as I was hooking up my console.

Positives: Nothing. Honestly I cannot think of not even one sentence of anything that I liked at that property which was very unfortunate because I was there to see my son who is dying of cancer and I would think that this hotel would be a lot more accommodating especially considering my circumstances this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to I was scared to take my shoes off inside the hotel room literally I went and bought flip-flops just to be able to shower when I came home I was told by the doctor that I had bedbugs
Negatives: I was extremely dissatisfied with a number of things and every time I tried to contact the front desk in regards to the number of things that I was very disappointed in not one time did I get a response back or any type of communication in reference to what I was complaining about which was number one the shape of the room the room look like it had not been cleaned in months the sheets literally were the color of dark tan they smelled impeccably bad and then I noticed on my second night there that I had these little bumps all over me and they were itching come to find out after checking out a night early because I had such a bad rash my doctor told me that I had bedbugs when I asked them for new sheets and for them to clean the room it's still took an extra 24 hours for them to complete that inquiry I don't know what kind of hotel that's business like this now my wife she convinced me to stay at this hotel because she told me what a great hotel it was and how you guys were so accommodating yet it was the complete opposite it was the worst hotel I've ever seen in my entire life I would appreciate still a phone call back considering I had to leave the hotel a night early couldn't even stay my whole stay the whole reason that I was even there was to see my dying son who is dying of cancer and getting a bone marrow transplant at Emory University Hospital and I could not even enjoy my trip due to the fact of all of the inconveniences at the hotel that I was having to deal with and that nobody should have to deal with while staying in your facility hotels are supposed to be facilities that are offered for somebody to have a pleasant experience away from home kind of like a home away from home it was nothing of the sort like I said I would appreciate a phone call literally I wenback immediately my wife can be reached at 310-587-1198 As she is the one who made the reservation for me and my name is Hercules Washington.
