Negatives: No hot water and if one needs any cooking utensils, tableware or cups and glasses, coffee maker, etc., you have to get them from the lobby. They did have two plastic cups in the bathroom.

Negatives: Looked little unsafe looked well used, no premium TV stations No public areas had to eat lunch before 3PM

Negatives: A person was killed right outside the lobby. All guests were interrogated by police. DANGEROUS hotel, dangerous place full of bad people .

Negatives: The appliances; refrigerator and microwave were very old, and rusted up. It was very difficult to get the microwave door to open and close. The elevator is in need of serious repair. The bathroom light blew. I called the front desk and was told they would call maintenance to replace the bulb. By the time I checked out a few days later, the bulb still wasn't replaced. This was a simple fix and should've been corrected timely. I was also told by the front desk guy he would check with the manager to see if I could get some type of credit applied to my bill, I never heard anything back on that. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packets, very small muffins, and coffee. Parking was tight, if you didn't get back to the hotel by a certain time you would have to park far down the lot to find a parking space. Tv kept losing the signal. Wifi costs $1.99 hour to stream movies, or have video calls.

Negatives: They wouldn't give you but one towel, bathtub leaked, beds were hard as a rock, and key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay.

Negatives: Check in was at 3:00 pm,that's late!! No real breakfastwon't

Negatives: Room had no heat nor air conditioning I notified manager and never got fixed

Negatives: The room was horrible to the point I left and slept in my truck for 6 hours until I was a like to check into another hotel. They need to update the rooms and spray for bugs.

Negatives: I hated damn near everything about this property. I hated the staff, and how unprofessional they were how dismissive they were towards not only me but other guess how quick they were to add additional fees without finding out information and doing their due diligence. The staff was the worst part of the trip not to mention the rooms that look like they weren’t even clean plus the rooms being backed up and unavailable for hours upon hours even if you already booked your spot, I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstance
