The Hotel Assistant Manager was very friendly and understanding.
Negatives:
The Hotel is run down. The rooms have old delapidated furniture, the Sofa had footprints on it and the curtains were stained. The kitchenette was empty, there was nothing to work with no coffee machine, no utensils as advertised. Cockroaches in bathroom!

The first room I was placed in smelled like strong urine!! Pure piss!! The second room had roaches! I have stayed at the location 4 different times over the last few years but this was most definitely my last time! It was NYE so I couldn’t find another room or I would have left. I also heard other guests complaining about roaches & I seen a couple check out due to bed bugs! Overall this location has turned to sh*t!!

From the parking lot first impression was that of a Crack house! People smoking pot in the open. Hanging out drinking, staff friendly but not too helpful.

I was very disappointed. It smelled disgusting in the hallways and worst in my room. The curtains and carpet was filthy. There were bugs constantly in the room. The attendant gave me dirty dishes. The Wi-Fi kept messing up. There were no working washers.

No working laundry facilities. I was transferred from one room to another that was just as filthy. The tv kept glitching. The cleanliness was disturbing for the rate I paid over the holidays. I chose to check out because the staff was not friendly/honest.
