Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Location to the venue I was attending.
Negatives:
1. Roaches. I must have killed at least 8 or so. 2. Furniture: Fabric was badly stained. 3. Bedframe was not properly assembled and was not placed entirely underneath the box spring. The headboard fell off the wall. 4. Bed lining was not clean

The Hotel Assistant Manager was very friendly and understanding.

The Hotel is run down. The rooms have old delapidated furniture, the Sofa had footprints on it and the curtains were stained. The kitchenette was empty, there was nothing to work with no coffee machine, no utensils as advertised. Cockroaches in bathroom!

From the parking lot first impression was that of a Crack house! People smoking pot in the open. Hanging out drinking, staff friendly but not too helpful.

I was very disappointed. It smelled disgusting in the hallways and worst in my room. The curtains and carpet was filthy. There were bugs constantly in the room. The attendant gave me dirty dishes. The Wi-Fi kept messing up. There were no working washers.

No working laundry facilities. I was transferred from one room to another that was just as filthy. The tv kept glitching. The cleanliness was disturbing for the rate I paid over the holidays. I chose to check out because the staff was not friendly/honest.

There was roaches in the unit , the oven was extremely dirty causing the smoke alarm to go off , the toilet was also dirty. Kids running through the hallways at 2 am banging on doors , also the safety of the units. The doors need safer locks.

The room could have been cleaned better. We had a 2 bedroom. The room had a horrible smell. The remote was missing in the living room. Tv was missing in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom toilet was nasty. 3 females to share a bathroom and only a few sheets of toilet paper and not an extra roll was there. No shower curtain floor could have been swept and mopped. Fridge could have been cleaned better. Roaches outside of our hotel room door. Location is perfect. The staff that worked over night not so friendly. Will never ever stay there again. The only good thing was Crystal and Camilla were very sweet its just the property is horrible.

The Breakfast was disappointing! Also having the very small display of item right at the front desk was extremely uncomfortable!! And the dining room was not inviting with nasty trash bins all over the place!! And other days it was blocked with chairs!!??
