Positives: It’s location.
Negatives: First room I was placed in was infested with roaches. Had food delivered to the room and roaches were crawling around in it within minutes. They were inside a closed pizza box! I complained to the people at the front desk and they just offered me another room. Did not offer to refund me for that night for the inconvenience of having to move to another room or to refund me for the food I lost due to roaches crawling all over it.

Negatives: It was a bit sketchy. They deducted a $100.00 deposit plus the amount of the room. We have yet to receive our deposit, it still says on hold. The hotel was not like the pictures described

Positives: Edith, Brandon, Brain, Brandon, Latasha, Todd are amazing. They have been very accommodating and have helped out with any inconveniences that I have had and have been nice with it. They have been just amazing.
Negatives: Very clean and the managers and team members are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Best extended stay in atlanta for sure.

Positives: Front desk staff was great very professional and nice.
Negatives: The room carpet was dirty needs a deep carpet cleaning or maybe replaced. No pans available to use to cook, that's one of the reasons I choose this hotel! Who ever was next to me smoked OMG it was so powerful I had to go out and buy air freshener spray also reported it to front desk

Positives: The location is absolutely wonderful
Negatives: On multiple occasions one of the employees, Ryan, was extremely rude to me. He is very unaccommodating, interrupts me while I'm talking and says very inappropriate things. Ryan has been very rude to my family members who have dropped by to visit also. In addition, I have personally heard Ryan being rude to other guests. There are many other hotels to choose from in this area and nearby. Ryan is the type of employee that will cause you to lose customers that simply won't tolerate his horrible attitude. I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at this location. The first one is Edith. Edith has a great attitude, she's been polite and accommodating every time I've had the pleasure of dealing with her smiling face I always walk away in a good mood. Unfortunately I don't know the gentleman's name that handles maintenance at this property. It's absolutely amazing that given the workload that comes with a property this large, that this man is always ready to help with a smile on his face and a kind word.
