The quality of the rooms have gone down. I usually stay at this location on Hammond Dr in Sandy Springs. But never again I have recommended ppl to stay no more. The 1st room was dirty and nasty smelly. The front was young lady Autumn was great with relocating me to another room. But this room had some problems as well. I just let it go bc i was leaving the next day. You have lost the quality of service. I do understand it's a shortage of workers. But please if a customer is paying there money to stay rather short term or long. Please clean I also found you need to upgrade the property cabinets faucets Microwave just do room renovations to the property.

The check in was seamless and prompt, the staff was polite, I like the fact that it is located close to a bus line and there's a shopping center next to it with a Publix store for all your grocery needs, an Arby's and other wonderful stores, Perimeter shopping center mall is like a 10minute brisk walk, The room location was quiet, no ppl walking back and forth on the corridors or getting rowdy and if safety is a priority the area is well patrolled as it located not to far from a police station

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find a comfortable position with the pillows provided, I wish they had the longer rectangular pillows together with the square ones
