The location was great for what i was in town for. It was hard getting out the lot due to traffic though.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in our room had to stay on high to get cool. It was never cold. The breakfast could have been a lot better. I appreciate having it but on Saturday, the eggs looked awful.

The ease of access from the highway was good, the front desk staff was friendly and kind. The view from our room wasn't bad for a metropolitan area. The shower was very hot and nice, t.v. channel options were good.
Negatives:
Entire property smells bad, the room & bathroom was very cramped like it was remodeled to be smaller, sirens and people yelling outside all night, the house keeping/cooking staff were loud and obnoxious early as I was trying to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the news; they were louder than the television and the food options were very slim and not very flavorful. The pillows were useless and probably had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Did not rest

Positives:
Breakfast was satisfactory although space was limited. Location is very convenient, close to highway. Room size was all right. Enough parking was available.
Negatives:
Since construction was going on,rooms,breakfast area & elevators were not clean. tiles part of the room was very dirty. I had to keep my slippers on all the time in the room. Gym & swimming pool was closed. Other amenities like shower cap were not there.

The room given us had not been serviced. The evening front desk staff was quick to put us in a different room. This is the 2nd time we had problems with this location. It's a shame bc it is so convenient to Emory Hospital.

Positives:
We use Hampton Inn when we travel to Atlanta to see my daughters doctors.It always clean and the staff is always excellent.We travel approximately once to twice a year.
Negatives:
Can't think of anything i didn't like.Except for a guest in the room next to us being extremely loud at 5:00 in the morning.
