the room was clean - breakfast was good enough for us to get going

Breakfast was satisfactory although space was limited. Location is very convenient, close to highway. Room size was all right. Enough parking was available.

Since construction was going on,rooms,breakfast area & elevators were not clean. tiles part of the room was very dirty. I had to keep my slippers on all the time in the room. Gym & swimming pool was closed. Other amenities like shower cap were not there.

I was running late I called and explained, they was all understanding and done everything to help out! When i arrived I loved the fact they keep the doors locked & you have to show your cards! The staff was amazing, very respectful! Everything was great!

The hospitality of the staff was top notch! The girls that are at the front desk at night were so sweet and just amazingly friendly!

Upgrades needed! It appears that renovation was being done from all of the trailers that were in the parking lot, but I never witnessed any workers or saw actual work being done. The door to my bathroom was swollen from humidity that I could barely open

My door knob/handle to get into the room was broken. That shouldve been my first sign , I get into the room & find a dirty face towel laying on the sink. My shower head was hanging off the wall. The iron was broken and leaked water everywhere. Poor
