Good selection of breakfast items. Coffee selections also good.
Negatives:
Breakfast area was often very crowded. Poor atmosphere to be able to enjoy breakfast. Homeless person came in and was taking large amounts of food. Coffee serving area was also crowded. Arrived at 6 p.m. and still had to wait for a room to be cleaned.

THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTIBLE, THE HOT BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME, THERE WAS NO DISTURBANCE FROM THE STAFF.

PAYING FOR PARKING AND PAYING FOR MY GUESS TO PARK AS WELL.. PARKING SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE.

The beds were great, breakfast was fine and the location is amazing.
Negatives:
Some attendants were great others not. The room was for people with hearing disability (don't know what it means but not what I paid for) and the bathroom was always making a hissing noise the whole day and night. Also the room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with the rooms.

We requested adjoining rooms when we booked the hotel about 6 weeks in advance. Not only were we not in adjoining rooms, were on two completely different floors, 4 and 7. They tried to move us into a room on the same floor, but the second room smelled very strongly of marijuana and we had to go back to the original configuration. The parking garage connected to the hotel was very small. If we hadn't had a handicapped tag, we would have had to park in a garage away from the hotel. There was also construction going on across the street from the hotel entrance, so it was difficult to pull in and unload bags without being in the way of other vehicles.
