Positives:
Room, lobby and bar area were clean and the young lady that check us out was very professional and welcoming. The parking and security staffs were also professional and very helpful
Negatives:
Elevators took a while. However when we took the stair there were feces on the ground in 2 area while going down to the lobby. Yes we took the stair from the 26 th floor one time. There was no microwave in the room. At check in- Being told the room we paid for was not available they told us we have to pay extra for the room they had available. The person was talking pour nonsense.

Was a great graduation gift...
Positives:
Beautiful and cozy place to stay in! The beds were so so comfy! The staff were so nice! At the airport I realized I forgot very important documents in my hotel room and called the hotel for a return or safe keeping hold. I gave my information to the operator and had an email send to me to pay for shipping back to my state (California). I was so so relieved! Thank you so much! The view was amazing and the room lighting was very nice. The wide wall-covered window and curtains were so elegant. Enough towels for my and my partner.
Negatives:
My room didn't have a microwave.
