Negatives: The bathroom was very poor. The room was average. The room was on the ground floor looking into the carpark, but the curtains did not close fully, therefore privacy was an issue. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Negatives: Really, it was just what we needed. Close to Airport and easy to find. Spotless room and good, hot breakfast before we left.

Negatives: Everything was below my expectations. It was weird because generally my experiences at IHG hotels are good. In this case, I arrived to the hotel and made my check-in, they gave me a first floor room very near an entrance from the parking lot and the hall smelled like weed. As I was traveling alone I tend to be cautious about my safety, so went back to the lobby and please asked for another room located in another floor. The girl on the counter just said no without even checking if there was something else available. I went back to the room and found a very poorly clean room, the bath tub had mold, there was trash on the carpet, the bathroom door couldn't stay open so had to put my luggage on the way to keep it open. There was a door connecting my room to another room without even a door lock, just a small door strike which made me feel a little insecure. Also, my window view was the parking lot, and later I read on the reviews that there were many crystal breaks on that parking lot, so that was another thing that made it difficult for me to sleep feeling comfortable/safe. The worst part is that I used that stay because of an overnight layover from a 14 hour flight and really wanted to take a bath and rest. For my surprise, the water was freezing! Hot or warm water never came out, I literally couldn't take a bath during my stay, no hot water!!! Another negative thing was that the WiFi didn't work, but as I was deadly tired didn't even asked to the lobby for help, just didn't connect. After all that, at check-in there was an extra $50 USD charge for "inconveniences" that supposedly would return to my card at the moment of check-out but it hasn't returned yet. I wonder if the hotel would give me $50 USD for these inconveniences I had, no way. Just their win.

Negatives: We booked and paid for 4 adults' breakfast included, which reflected on the reservation. But in the morning, during breakfast, we were only given 2 coupons.

Negatives: The front desk staff was horrible unwelcoming and dismissing

Negatives: Security is a joke. 6 cars were broken into while i was there including ours. WHERE WAS SEC URITY? Apparently helping the thieves. Then when you called for security they wouldnt even show up. Find another hotel to stay at.

Negatives: The tub in the bathroom backed up No continental breakfast for the cost Bathroom door couldn't stay open Pay for parking at the price we payed to stay and it was almost $20 a day. Flat rate would have been better if you gonna charge. Refrigerator wasn't that cold. The bed had my back hurting..
