It’s downtown Atlanta and the hotel itself is meh. But it serves its purpose to stay overnight, catch the shuttle, and leave my vehicle parked there for a great rate and go to Hartfield Jackson

What I liked about the property was the staff were always pleasant, the lobby was beautiful and the location was great.
Negatives:
What I didnt like about the property was my room had ANTS everywhere. When I complained to the front desk instead of sticking me in another room, they sent a maintenance man with a can of RAID. The rooms reminded me of a motel. The bathrooms were extremely hot, the showers didnt drain properly. There was hair everywhere on my towels and in the bathroom either from the previous guest or house keeping. And my door wouldnt shut unless I slammed it. I would not recommend this property to any other guests. It was no different then your local motel 6.

The Location of the hotel is good, it has some good restaurants nearby to have lunch or dinner.

The room (suite) was big, but its illumination and floor carpet made it look like it was dirty, all was clean but it looked like it was dirty.
We had a view of the pool that looked like a dirty one. It was not inviting to go for a swim

The building could seriously use...

The hotel is situated close to the airport, and it offers a complimentary shuttle service 24/7. All of the staff who I spoke to during my stay were helpful and polite. The elevator was broken when I arrived, and as I was travelling with several suitcases, the lady on reception kindly switched me to a ground floor room.
Negatives:
I did not feel safe staying here as a solo female traveller as numerous people who were not hotel guests frequented the ground floor from the evening onwards. The bedroom carpet was threadbare and dirty, and my bathroom was also in need of maintenance. A $150 deposit was taken from my card on arrival, and it took just under 5 weeks for it to be refunded, despite assurances from the hotel that I would receive it within 10 days!

Alittle outdated, pool was broke for over a week, hair on the clean towels and wash cloths the ac did not cool the room off at all. The elevators was broken one was stuck on the floor all night and there's no stairs that goes up
