Positives: The room size was nice. For our group of 3. It was clean. The food staff was awesome Ms.Robin especially.

Negatives: Security was barely seen 8 cars were broken into during our stay. We kept having to get our keys activated. The handle on the door leading to the bedroom kept coming off. The elevator was out of order with no signage, letting the guest know. Only a pot in the kitchen.

Positives: The only plus was the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Negatives: The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the pull out couch bed was at a slant and could not be used. The faucet in the bathroom was broken, the shower appeared to be chipping all over and the water took 5-10 mins to warm up, the curtains in the living room area were stained brown, we were only provided one towel upon arrival and had to go track down additional towels. Neither pool was open. For $200 a night my expectations would be that the room is nice and I’m working order, especially for a Hilton hotel. I feel I should have paid $80-$100 a night MAX for this stay.
