Positives:
The bed was really comfy, the towels were high quality and dried you off quick, gym was ok. Basic mish mash mix of stuff but enough for a work out. Very quiet area - the odd plane noise but easy to sleep. If you just want a comfy sleep near airport for a few hours then ideal.
Negatives:
It’s in need of some fixing up. The lock on my rooms door barely worked, I went to the gym and when I came back I didn’t even need my room key as the latch hadn’t set into the door properly. I dropped my head phones and when searching for them under the bed there were old bottles, a hair grip and sweet wrappers. The aircon didn’t work at all. The panel on the wall didn’t even switch on.

We decided to stay over in Atlanta after a long flight back from Malaysia, It was a wonderful, comfortable and nice room. The beds were nice.
Negatives:
If you are looking for an wheel chair accessible room, this is not quite it. Firstly, it is on the 2nd floor - well, in case of fire you cannot take the elevator... The room was listed with a roll in shower. While it had a true shower and not a bathtub/shower combo, there was a 3 inch high stoop - that's not a roll in shower! The door opened to the inside of the shower, covered up half the shower head and kept the door from closing. The door should open to the outside for safety reasons. There is plenty of space in the room to get around with a wheel chair, however, there is no space under the bed, in case you need a lift. There are not enough grab bars around the toilet.

I liked the location The room was nice.
Negatives:
The staff were not service oriented or very professional. When a customer asked a question they were lackluster in their responses. I booked a room with 2 beds & paid in advance. They didn't have that available & they were basically like " Are you taking what we have or going someplace else?" We were told the shuttle ran every half hour. According to our time our party & another family were there in time. The shuttle driver said that we were 3 mins late & the front desk person said,"No it's 4". We waited a half hour & no one else came. Neither party gave him a tip Also, the hand soap in the room was a little larger than a communion wafer.
