the best thing was the super easy airport transfer and the delightful lady who operated it - by far the friendliest person we encountered
when we got served at the bar drinks were good and food not bad

gym is basic but ok
worst part was that the room was noisy at night - it was like large building infrastructure humming and came from outside our room, it was like a generator was running and it lasted until after 2am
only one restaurant option (nowhere else accessible without a vehicle nearby) and they were unable to cope with customers who were all guests so it could not have been a surprise as they claimed that they were so busy.
reception staff were not very helpful, both on check in and check out and every query in between - they looked and sounded completely disinterested. they gave the bare minimum info and looked annoyed when we asked any questions.

The room was simply impressive and after many long flights, tremendously welcomed. The Porsche theme, was also really cool and actually, well done and like the car...tastefully done

The WiFi was a bit weird in its process. I would have rather it be an automatic component upon checking into the hotel. Even after registering for the membership. With that said, the front desk was competent, friendly and professional and quickly resolved the matter

the restaurant took forever to bring food. the front desk wasn’t very helpful on the night shift. I spilled water on the covers and requested a new comforter but the one they replaced it with had a rip and they wouldn’t give me a new one.
