Everything was great! I booked this property because I was attending a Gala at the Delta Flight museum and this hotel was close. At check in I was giving a ticket for a free glass of wine which I thought was so nice and was told that I could take the shuttle to the Delts Flight Museum instead of paying for an uber! Amazing accommodations and great staff!

After being harassed at check-in...

We chose this hotel specifically because of the option to book an essential room with 2 double beds. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our bed request was considered a "special request" and was not fulfilled.
As we were not comfortable sharing a bed, we requested a roll-away bed as an alternative. While the staff tried their best to help, they were unable to find any duvets or blankets for the roll-away bed. This made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep as it was quite cold and I had to make do with just 2 sheets as covers.
The following day, we requested duvets again and it took four calls throughout the day to finally receive them. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it would have been helpful if the booking page had more transparently indicated which requests were guaranteed and which were optional. This would have allowed us to make more informed decisions about our accommodations.

The friendly staff was helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the airport. It was very prompt and the driver was nice. And the weekly parking rate was reasonable.

The room was not clean. What looked like dried flower debris was left under the bedside table. The bedding did not smell fresh. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was not worth the high price.

I actually liked that it was set apart. Traveling with an elderly dog can feel like a lot, but it was so peaceful even being next to the actual airport runway. You truly have to experience it. The windows are totally soundproof!
