Loved the stye of the decor in both the room and shared spaces.
Negatives:
One of the towels in our room had a mystery brown stain on it; we asked the front desk for champagne flutes and they asked rudely “why would you need champagne flutes?”; I got charged for the price of the room even though I already paid for it in advance, so my $400 is still tied up because they can charge you fast but they sure take their time refunding the money.

They are having some issues at the beginning of their venture- very little stock of toilet paper, no hand soap or hand towels. They initially put us In someone else’s room!
But corrected it promptly and offered complementary breakfast for our troubles
Valet parking fee is excessive
