Positives: The room was very clean and comfort. and location of hotel was good to access any where from it.
Negatives: Parking building is operated by 3rd party, so I had to pay $22 dollar every time when I went out and there is no validation for parking.
Positives: Incredible staff and very clean place
Positives: The breakfast was a la carte so there was a little bit of waiting involved. Also, our room rate included breakfast and we were unsure what we could have. When we asked, we were told we could just order what we wanted. There must have been some confusion because when we wanted to check out, we found we had gone over the breakfast "allowance". As we didn't know what the breakfast allowance was, this becomes uncomfortable.
Negatives: The breakfast situation. We thought we had paid for breakfast.. and we had... but only to a certain extent. A figure we were not informed until it was too late. It was very uncomfortable having to discuss this at check out and then they had to get the manager. I wouldn't mind too much, but we had gone over because we had tipped so generously!!!
Positives: It was beautiful and clean. I loved the designs from the art work and the furniture.

Positives: It always smelled good, it was very clean, and staff was nice.
Negatives: The bathroom. The door is see through even with the design to distort what people see. I just prefer complete privacy. Especially if I'm traveling with others.

Positives: it was clean and the decorations were nice
Negatives: there is no sign telling you the name of the hotel nothing was visible it was like a guessing game . when they clean the room they never restocked wash clothes or tissue
