I will not stay there...
Positives:
The room was great, modern, clean and well laid out. The shower amazing. The staff professional, extra friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent and the amenities such the evening wine hour were unexpectedly good.
Negatives:
Nothing really except the weather which was not under control of the hotel. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.

The location was pretty good to local theater.
Negatives:
-Lack of description in listing stating I had to pay $45 to park and pay an additional $100 at the property after already paying $275 before getting to the property. The price isn't the issue. The lack of communication is.
-Took forever to find ice machines. Finally, I had to walk to the desk to find out they were on floors 2, 6, and 8. No where was this written that I could find.
- Bathroom is less than desirable. 2 doors that close to the middle with a 2 inch gap. The shower had no pressure at all. Took forever to get soap off of us.
- AC was subpar. The room was 69 when we arrived at 4 pm. Dropped temp on the thermostat, and when we got back to the room at 11pm, the temperature still hadn't been reached.
-Walls are paper thin. Discussions can be heard in hallways and outside from inside the room.
- For someone who runs multiple properties across the country, this location was not worth the price paid. I was very shocked at the low quality of my visit, and for a property that charges over $300/night, it was less desirable than cheaper places I have stayed, in the past, that were half the cost.
