Positives: Was quiet, close to highway. GREAT WAFFLES

Negatives: Had to move, air condition broken. Security payment went up to $75 & have to have a card with a chip. 1st arrived Tony was VERY rude. I stood maybe 5 minutes while on hold on a call. Then asked was I picking up a pkg. I said checking in, he said well I'm down here. Another lady came in he tells her, you next after her, come stand behind her.

Negatives: the room service herself was horrible. Be aware even if there is a do not disturb on the door she still comes in the room. The hotel is ran by a family. the son is the manager, the mother and father are the room service cleaners. I was so feed up I check out a day early. been trying to get a refund no luck with that at all.

Positives: The hotel is in very nice shape, nice safe suburban area, staff generally very nice and friendly. It's as good as a Country Inn which are mostly new and super clean in my experience. The parking lot is ample and nestled among trees and quiet and the facilities were top shape. The guests are generally tourists with a regular group of CSX engineers who stay there for training classes, nice gents. The location is half hour northwest of downtown, with tons of shopping like Walmart 15 minutes away. There is an Asian foodie road, Buford Highway, including an Asian Farmers Market, real authentic food but in a bunch of different strip malls, mostly Viet but also Chinese etc. About 25 minutes east. Downtown is a half hour south and you may not want to stay in downtown Atlanta with today's high crime rate though there are safe zones.

Negatives: At night they tend to put up yellow 'Wet floor' placards including on the hall carpet, smack in the middle, and leave them out all night long. When I tripped on one as I didn't expect one on the carpet, the very tall night clerk barked at me Pick that up! as if I was his staff and no 'Sorry,' 'Are you ok?' or any semblance of politeness. The rest of the staff was awesome. Also breakfast, though warm, featured the runny powder eggs mix, sausage and waffle maker, tasteless food. Fresh oranges though.

Positives: I like the schemes colors of rooms.

Negatives: The furniture was old and stains on all the chairs, the lobby really needs remodeling specialy the ceiling was stain and you can no cover and the wall needs paint. For the money that you paying the hotels needs seriously a make over and the location is nice for the hotel to look that way. Very disappointed, but the staff was very friendly and wonderful. And also were the outlet were position it was nit the best to charge your phone.
