When we arrived around 7:00pm, there was a gentleman very upset because he had already encountered a problem with roaches in his room, as well had no water since that morning and now still didn’t have hot water. He tried calling the front desk several times but they would not answer his multiple calls as they were checking someone in. It would’ve taken 2 seconds to at least answer the call and put him on hold rather then ignore him completely.
That night we noticed a roach on the wall in our room. It was the only one we seen but made it very uncomfortable for my family… especially my girls. We discussed changing rooms but after hearing another gentleman complaining it sounds like it’s a problem throughout the hotel..
We came down for breakfast 30 mins before it ended and there was not much available…. If breakfast is served until 9:00am, I would hope we would still have options.
