Positives: I never got there! Their website indicates a shuttle bus will retrieve you from the airport. They forgot to say - not after eleven o'clock! Anyway, I caught the shuttle to my hometown insteasd of paying a big taxi fare to the hotel!

Negatives: The website should indicate their shuttle does not operate after 11 PM.

Positives: I love my room it was very nice and cozy and I also love the maid, very attentive to my needs and kept me stocked up daily! The water was always hot!

Negatives: The vending machine was never working! The breakfast didn't have decaf coffee! I hope that they will provide bigger bars of soap or body wash instead of the small bars of soap! No Business Center! Lack of quality restaurants in the area! The carts were raggedy to hauled the luggage to the guest room!

Positives: The hotel is in a great location, but the sheets are a dull white where you can tell they don’t bleach the sheets on the bed also if you pull the sheets off the bed you may see stains on the mattress like mine ( piss stains, dried up blood ) , bathroom towels are worse then the sheets they are no longer white (they brown) . They staff are rude , I told them I don’t want no room service so they told I had to place a sign outside door, so I ask for 1 and was told there was none, and to make matters worse they just walk in your room without knocking, also I told them I had a did they ask me how many pounds & bread then took my deposit, then after getting my money told my dog was not allowed @ couldn’t get a refund. It’s so much more to say but my suggestion is there are cheaper roach hotels around it’s not worth the money, so if anyone who decide to go here I would say add that extra $25 or & $30 and get a real room.
