I didn't like my room. I was unaware that I booked the basic room. There are no amenities and no microwave. I get it. Not everyone needs the extras. But they wouldn't even let me shorten my stay due to certain policies. And tried to charge me more then double for an upgrade

This is not a hotel but a s€* place, don’t you dare!
My room was not for once cleaned during my stay.
I checked out early because it was just unbearable, they promised to refund me the one night of the two I didn’t stay and 4 weeks later am still waiting
