I have never been in such a bad hotel before. The reception was very unfriendly, it took one hour until they sent the shuttle. When we arrived in our room, it was already occupied by somebody. At midnight, somebody knocked on our door several times. The breakfast was very poor.

The room was disgusting. Towels and sheets were disgusting. Stand on shower curtain. Holes in the walls. Bathroom door handle broken wouldnt open and close properly. I have stayed at red roof + before but this should be listed for $20, if that.

I booked because they provide a shuttle. I called and confirmed pickup location prior to arrival. After waiting an hour, I called main number. He said hed call that specific location and check to see if any reason for delay and call me back. No return phone call. After 20 minutes I found number and called hotel directly. He confirmed I had a reservation and said someone on their way. They were there in 5 because its only 3 miles away. Young driver arrived with his friend riding along with him. Smelling of weed. I asked manager why it took an hour if its supposed to do continual rounds to check for guests. He offered no reason or an apology.
I requested a late check out of noon. Theres no do not disturb sign provided. At 10:20 housekeeping knocked and woke me up. I explained I had a noon check out. She said ok. And then proceeded to knock again every 30 minutes til I left frustrated at 12. I needed that extra sleep since Id traveled 24 hrs day before and had a 8 hr drive ahead of me. No point in allowing a late check out to weary guests if you still keep them awake.
Lobby covered with signs saying ridiculous things you cant do. Heres some. They have a list of an additional 25 rules posted.
Dont lean on counter.
No guests.
No outside food or drink (but they provide fridge and microwave in room) they also provide breakfast but also cant take to room. Seating was full and I still wasnt permitted to take it so ate standing up.
Dont use cel phone by reception.
No hanging in lobby more than 15 minutes.

It was a extremely dangerous and falsely advertised hotel. We felt unsafe to be there. Didnt run shut off in the evening so I had to pay an extra 20 bucks for a taxi. Its pictures online or not what it really presented itself as.
