Positives: The van driver who picked me up from the airport was nice. I appreciate his hospitality.

Negatives: Laundry facility wasn't opened. I had to walk in the rain 3 times to go across the street to use another hotel's laundry room. I still had to pay $4.00 for laundry soap. There was no gym. The floors in my room and the hotel was nasty. The tub was filthy with makeup stains. I had to put a towel over the bathroom tub. I waited over an hour for an iron and a iron board plus hangers. And worse, I didn't feel safe. I ended up requesting a refund from booking.com and stayed at another hotel across the street. I paid $189.99 for this. And I have to wait 7-10 business days for a partial refund. I'm not one to complain. But this by far was the worse experience. And I'm very disappointed that people like myself would actually pay money to be subjected to this kind of awful service.

Negatives: The people on the floor was smoking weed and mad the hallway fire alarm go off. then at 4-5 am the people next door was fist fighting and yelling. I had my 13 year old daughter with me. This was totally unacceptable.
