The location and value are both excellent. The free wifi was strong (no need to pay for the premium connection). The room was large and comfortable, and equipped with kitchen essentials and very nice fridge, dishwasher, etc.
Negatives:
The room looked old and tired. Some things needed to be updated or replaced (the bed skirt corner was torn and hanging off of the bed, the shower shelves were cracked and peeling paint). Parking in the overnight lot cost $18 per night.

I didn't like how the hotel had roaches on the counter, and coming out of the iron,, the trash wasn't emptied from previous guests, there was trash in the drawers. The website stated pool was open but apparently pool isn't going to open until memorial day. I stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room. Very disappointed for a Marriott. When I checked in, I paid $650. But when checking out the bill was only $635. The telephone did not work and it was properly plugged in. The price for this hotel and services is not worth it
