Negatives: The upgrade

Negatives: Literally the moment we walked in the room we had major issues! There were a bunch of ants crawling around from under the entrance they managed to crawl across the living room onto the dining table. There was a roach (which I killed) on the wall in the bathroom! There was a spider and weaver bug in my shower! Huge flying cockroaches directly outside of our door that attacked you! The carpet stained your socks yellow. There were not enough utensils to cook a decent meal with (2 pots) (2 cups)! No parking space even though we had to pay $5 a day for parking (we were told to park on the loading zone)! My towel had someones pubic hair on it in the bathroom! Do I need to say more?

Negatives: You need a better workout facility. And you need a better breakfast option. And give more towels per room at a time. And I would provide a hairdryer in each unit.

Negatives: The pillows

Negatives: There were spiders in the room to greet us, and once we told the property Managers about it they told us they couldnt do nothing about it, but offered to change our room and got to another room and there was spiders on the bed saying hello again and blood all on the carpet floor, room was not clean either just made up beds, told them we didnt want that room they offered to clean our room we said yes while we was at six flags came back and only thing they did was vacuum the floor and retuck our bed sheets not change them just retuck

Negatives: The first room we got, as soon as we walked in, had a horrible smell, garbage all over the floor, and urine in the toilet with the toilet unable to be flushed. We were then given a different room that the door key wouldn't work so management had to come get it open. Once this room was open, a centipede ran under the door and there was an ant infestation. Another thing to add, when walking to the room, there were a bunch of dogs barking behind a fence. Very loud area. Needless to say, we cancelled our booking and did not stay. Very disappointing

Negatives: Well, there is NO HOT BREAKFAST every morning is this to-go box of yuck. The pool is small. Got locked out of our room one night and had to go into the office because both keys didn't work. The lady who I've never seen just asked what room number and swiped cards didn't ask for my license or anything. Was told to leave trash outside our door and they would pick it up. Let's just say when we checked out there were 5 bags of trash still there. You have to ask for everything constantly! Need towels you have to carry all your dirty ones to the office and get clean ones instead of them bringing some to you. Honestly WAY over priced for what you don't get that's listed on the website. The stairs are very steep inside and we all kept falling down them. Basically all the sinks are really loose or broken. They dont really give you a lot of dishes nor pots and pans. Had to go buy a broom and sponges to clean because you get no room service the entire stay. Good luck

Negatives: The only thing I didn't like was it took me so long to get I to my room because the clerk kept giving me a key that didn't work to the room I'm suppose to be in. It was late at night and I was just getting in town and I was getting tired because of the inconvenience of it all.
