The locations was up to par.
Negatives:
It was dirty, the walls were filthy, and the cleaning people were filthy. They left others belongings in the front of my door after they had to get removed from the property. I called the front desk and spoke with Dylan who confirmed that they were removed and I had to call him back because they seemed to be breaking in from the way the building shook. I was afraid to stay in my room the last night so I went to my sister’s room across the parking lot.

Beware of a $250 deposit that was NEVER mentioned when I reserved. I really didn't like the young lady & the staff's attitude when we first checked in. There was no warm welcome to the property. Housekeeping opened my room for my sister's male friend without my permission & he was not a guest there. If anything had of came up stolen, I would have filed charges on him & the housekeeper. The two caucasian guys on the 2nd shift were awesome as well as the young african american lady that was there sunday morning.. One of the tubs was filthy & had red hair on the tub, the room smelled like mildew so we went and bought f.breeze. The people in the same building had a party. People were walking all around the parking lot, There was marijuana smoke and nowhere to park so I had to park at the front of the property and walk to our building(I'm disabled with bad legs). I was told I would get a refund for housekeeping letting someone in my room but have not at this time. I've stayed here before and never had any problems, never paid a deposit, nor encountered rude staff but this will be my last stay at this Sonesta.

We loved nearly everything about it. Staff was great, food was good, and the rooms were exactly what we needed. I loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out constantly, and the breakfast was really good! Would definitely recommend.
Negatives:
The beds were so incredibly hard they were painful (at least the king size one in our room was). The tv in the "family room" was damaged (we notified the front desk). It was also hard to locate the trash locations so we used the small cans along the sidewalk.
