Positives:
spacious rooms with everything provided in the kitchen area.
Negatives:
We arrived last at night to only have the 3rd floor as an option. The night clerk advise that I should call the front desk in the morning to switch rooms and that I did. The dayshift front desk agent talked in circles and tried everything to tell me that she couldn't move us and when I advised her I had osteoarthritis in both knees, she essentially shrugged me off and advised she would call me. I called an additional time and went to the front desk around 1pm and was told by the same clerk that housekeeping was aware but had not released a room. Nevertheless, I was never offered to switch and many families still coming in until 7 and 8pm at night. This morning, I feel down the stairs on both knees to the 2nd floor. I'm not sure if this is common practice to ignore special request for medical needs but I will not stay here anymore as a result.

What would have been a like is the two bedroom two bathroom option.
Negatives:
The property was not clean AT ALL! When we arrived there were children outside playing barefoot throughout the parking lot. Our room door was propped open. It was very unclean and uncomfortable. After two room changes we left. I did not feel comfortable here.
