Friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. I have stayed here twice and the location is great. Very close to the botanical garden and walking distance to the Fox theater.

Room light switches in inconvenient places - hard to find hard to reach. Shower grab bar not helpful for exiting. Did like the walk-in shower.
