The breakfast was very limited, and we often had to wait in a long line for clean plates and silverware. The pullout sofa was old and extremely worn out. We requested pillow, sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa and never received them. The queen mattress had stains on it.

Room furnishings were worn and torn....female staff rude and not helpful. Valet parking lost my keys....doors close at midnight so we were forced to walk the dark streets to get to the crown plaza to get in to our hotel.

The fact that there was no heat in the room and it was 30 degrees out and the tub was clogged which made taking a shower impossible i was never accommodated for the inconveniences the staff was horrible everyone had an attitude im highly disappointed in my stay as well as the staff
