Positives: This hotel is made for couples. Excellent lounge and dining area. Cozy and low lit but very aesthetically pleasing.

Negatives: The main hotel clerks were not very welcoming. They want to get you in and out and don’t care about the reason for your stay. The only memorable person was the host in the dining area. Older black woman with grey long hair she was truly amazing.

Positives: It was a nice overnight stay in a fancy hotel. We had a great view of the skyline including Stone Mountain! Breakfast was good. Staff was all very polite, especially regular interactions with the valet crew.

Negatives: There was an odd noise that kept up at all hours. We were on the 26th floor and know that sound travels up. We were able to sleep through it but it was oddly persistent. Disappointing that eggs were only available with meat in them. Asked server if meat-free eggs were an option but wasn't sure if we'd be charged extra, so went without, but felt $23 was a lot to pay when I couldn't eat as much as others.

Positives: First time being at The Starling, very beautiful place from the outside, Valet were very nice and timely. The Lobby and bar area was great , drinks were affordable too.

Negatives: Room service could’ve been a lot better for our experience . My wife and I was there from Thursday through Sunday and not once did we get any room service, also when we were supposed to get service , they just threw a bunch of towels and sheets and left it at the door. Also our room The Shower was clogged and the water would start to overflow .

Positives: very beautiful hotel

Negatives: upon entering my room. everything seemed fine . i decided to shower. i was alone. when I tried to come out of the shower, the sliding door would not open . it was a very heavy door and it was stuck . i was nude , with no phone to call anyone to get me out. I literally had to wait almost an hour until one of my friends in another room came to my door . I screamed to tell her I was locked in . she then called to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. i was beyond uncomfortable to allow him to see me with no clothes on and only a towel wrapped around me . i told the front desk as I checked out and she said she would let her manager know . this all happened on my first day of my visit .
