some teens came to the pool with airsoft guns. they were shooting each other and hitting guest and the security didn’t ask them to leave but we got stopped from bringing tumblers into the pool area.

Negatives:
Our room was very hot. The A/C didnt work properly, as the room temperature would not go below 70 degrees. We informed the front desk and they changed out our filter but it did nothing. We had to go out and buy a floor fan to put in our room so we could sleep. Our refrigerator was also broke. We had to call and get a replacement put in our room just so we could keep waters cold.
