Don’t get me wrong the building itself is nice and in a decent location.

The staff didn’t tell me how much she was charging me until after she swiped my card and on top of that she said my partner couldnt pay bc she used my ID even tho he was with me so I had to use my card. I’ve never ever had a situation like that. But on top of all that there was bedbugs in the bed we stayed in and ik this because we woke up with bites all over our bodies

our room was not clean and it had dust on the floor boards and there was damage to the furniture. The carpet wasn't vaccumed. The mirrors had fingers prints and the bathroom had splatter on the walls everywhere. We told the manager and asked to move even though the new guest hadn't checked in they had enough time to move us and fix the issues but they didn't.

The pool is magnificent. It's the only reason I'll return to this hotel. They had a dj playing smooth pop, r&b, and rock tunes. It wasn't so loud like a party but more like setting the relaxing scene. I really enjoyed that.
Negatives:
The old run down room we were assigned. The view was blocked by the air condition. Also the Clerck stated the deposit was $300 and not $200 like listed on this site. He claimed he was upgrading our room but when I wasn't able to give the extra $100 partial view was blocked by the air condition system. I would have much rather a regular room I paid for without the air-condition view. Lastly The only place safe for our car was Valet at $55 a day.
