The beds were comfortable. And there were no bugs.
Negatives:
Upon arrival the outside of the hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It looked dark and outdated. We had trouble with checking in. The desk staff did do her best to fix it and it was eventually fixed and we were able to check in. Upon entering rooms the floors were wet from condensation from the humidity and the TV only had 3 working channels if that's what you call it. They were pixelated and could only watch 1 of 3. The free breakfast was 2 tiny packaged muffins and coffee or tea.

Positives:
Nothing was to like about this place it was a last minute choice because we had a surgery in the am. The only thing was it looked really nice from the outside and the picture online.
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable, it only had two pillows to a giant king size bed which were also very uncomfortable, the floor was so dirty my feet were black on the bottoms after I got ready to take a shower which also looked like it hasn't had a good cleaning in a very long time I took my own cleaner and did the tub and floors and have pictures of this. The TV was broken with a line in it and nothing but fuzzy channels and the coffee they did leave in the room was so old and nasty.
