The breakfast was delicious! The lady who made my breakfast was absolutely wonderful! So good-natured and kind. She should be commended for the breakfast she made.
Negatives:
The remote control in my room was broken, so it was stuck on one channel. Also the curtain didn't cover my window all the way. Other than that, everything was great.

Positives:
We complained about the TV and the lady from front came and tried her best to change and connect/disconnect cables and wires to no avail. We come to Cairo and have been staying here for >10 years. It is now too bad and wont stay here again.
Negatives:
Very poor rooms and property run down. Furnished with very poor, mixed matched furniture. Coffee maker and TV broken and could not use either one. The bathroom and bedding were run down and worn out.

Breakfast could have used a lot of improvement. Selection was poor, few condiments. The best part was the pre-made pastries.
The room had a bed
Negatives:
I'm handicapped and they could have put me in a room on the first floor. Instead I had to labor up the stairs and all the way around the building to get to my room. The room had very few plugs that worked and very few lamps that worked. Towels were minimal and they were as rough as sandpaper. Sheets were stained. Covers were inadequate. No extra blankets were available. Covers were not big enough for two people in the bed. Walls reminded me of a prison cell. It was like a basement level type of room. Definitely not worth the money paid.
