I want to start out by saying that I will travel a bit out of my way to stay at this hotel! From the very beginning Pam, the evening front desk person, was truly exceptional! She listened, cared and did what it took to assure our comfort and safety!

I can not say there was anything about this property except for the lady working the front desk in the morning when we left! Her personality was outstanding and was very pleasant!

The location of this property is not something I would recommend! It has a property across the street that is boarded up! The front desk area had a bad smell upon walking in. The room was not even fair, the shower ran outside of the shower area, which could cause a fall to a customer and cause serious damage to that person. The main door into the room had a big gap at the bottom, which allowed grasshoppers to come in throughout the night. People walking up the stairs could be heard from the room. Behind the bed you could see the electric outlet was not secured, this could cause an electrical fire and hazardous to the customers. Water marks on the ceiling in the shower area where there had been a previous leak, that could be cleaned or replaced.
