The room was infested with stink bugs. We did notify the front desk and they moved our room. I don’t understand why housekeeping doesn’t clean or empty trash just because you’re staying over. To me that is just nasty. We had to change our own sheets and empty our own trash to only have to change rooms after due to the infestation of bugs everywhere.

Up to the usual Hampton standards. Good location (a few minutes drive to downtown), clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was in good shape, with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast, and I always enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day. Nice hotel!

The entire hotel is in desperate need of an update and renovation. The first room we were given keys to was so musty and mildewed smelling we asked for another room. The carpets are stained and dirty in the hallways and room. The wallpaper is peeling off at elevators, and only one elevator was in service. The fitted sheets did not fit and stay in place on the bed, causing a problem trying to sleep without fighting the sheet. The bathroom had inadequate lighting, mold and mildew stains on caulked areas, peeling wallpaper, and the toilet leaked and ran the entire time. The sofa was sad and worn and looked as if it was a Goodwill reject. I did not sit on it while there as it was dirty. The lamp shades were broken, torn, and dirty.
