the staff was friendly and helpful and our dogs were allowed. looks like they had done remodel with laminate and no carpet so that was good. furniture was updated it appeared.
Negatives:
repeated problems with the room keys not working , fire alarm battery missing, entrance door to the room would not close without lifting up on it .. I was not able too lift it up and had to get my husband to do it every time .. no bathroom amenities, had to ask for towels wash clothes .. seemed to have long term “residents” i had paid for the entire stay online before arriving .. I did not know about a 50 dollar deposit to hold until we left .. now waiting 3-5 business days to get my money back

Mattress was comfortable and sheets seemed to be fresh and clean. Front desk clerk was very sweet and friendly.
Negatives:
This location is really run down. Bathroom sink was cracked. Bedroom wall had a gash in it. Toilet seat was stained. Door frame was scratched as if a dog had tried to get out of the room. Very minimal furniture. Outside door was not closing fully. Inside door did not seem sturdy at all.

There was actual urine , still wet, on my bed BEFORE I ever laid in it, the staff made me clean up someone else’s urine myself. Our door did not lock properly. Staff called me at 1am to offer a 30% refund for a disturbing problem. Sickening.
