Positives: Check in went smoothly

Negatives: The room floor was dirty. The toilet tank top didn't fit keeping the seat from staying up. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was so old that nothing stayed plugged in. TV remote batteries were dead. Breakfast sucked. Coffee and some dry, stale cake doughnuts. The waffle machine had been removed. There was some black mold in the shower along the seams. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. The mattress was soft and sagged in the middle. The heater was extremely noisy.

Positives: Nobody knocked on the door it was peaceful and quiet they allowed my dog and didn't complain about his howling the staff was wonderfulAnd understanding and accommodating I will stay there again when in town

Negatives: It was dirty dust everywhere stains all over the sheetsThe floor was not swept at all there was rappers on the floor they need a new cleaning person and I definitely wish they had a better vending machine

Positives: This is the best Red Roof I've stayed in. Rivals the Marriott. Room and bath far above average and rooms all open to corridor, not outside. Also had elevator. Jeff at the front desk extremely nice.

Negatives: Ice maker on my floor (3rd) out of service. Had to go to first floor machine.
