Positives: My daughter Dallie was too young to check into the reserved room that was paid for .so when my wife got there you charged my card for ANOTHER room under Jena Hayes and you WONT refund me the unused reserved rooms costs. I paid twice for one room. It's certainly not my fault here.

Positives: The location was near shopping and restaurants.
Negatives: It is an older building which isn't a problem, but it does require more maintenance and cleaning since it is older. Get a good carpet cleaning and wall washing service. Try to freshen the air so it smells better. Check your shower drains to be sure it actually works properly and if not have it fixed. If the staff has cleaned the shower they can easily report this so it's addressed. Hopefully these suggestions will improve the overall environment for other guests.

Positives: clean, good dog “comfort “ area. breakfast was cereal, waffles, and fruit. no hot eggs and sausage like other la Quinta. plus they are only la Quinta to charge my $50 for possible damages. (I’m 61 and husband 72).

Positives: the property was in a quiet location even though it was close to the highway. Check in was fast and easy and both receptionists were very kind. the room was a king suite and it was very spacious!
Negatives: the showers I think need some updating since it took a bit to warm up for me, but otherwise it was a nice bathroom

Positives: It was a nice quiet and safe location! The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was just right and was more than expected. The rooms were clean and I loved the bathroom mirror! Beds were super comfortable. Definitely a good stay for a great price!
Negatives: Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.
