The room and layout looked good going in.
Negatives:
The door to the room was a little hard to open. It scraped along the floor as well as the bathroom door. The flooring needs repair. The sofa bed was dirty with food crumbs in between the cushions, and the bathtub faucet dripped constantly. Some heavy-duty cleaning needs to be done along with some repairs.
