when we arrived, we could not check in until after midnight. The system was down and they could not help us. When we were to leave the next morning, there was a knock at the door five minutes before we were to leave… We were heading out the door and still had a couple of minutes to go, but they were rushing us to get out. The heat never got above 62°. There were rat droppings along the wall. The TVs never worked… We did get Netflix to work on one, but the one in the bedroom you couldn’t get local stations on either of them… We were told there would be no coffee or breakfast the next morning, but when we walked out, there was coffee and breakfast being taken up.
