Positives: We did not eat the breakfast. We left early. Just needed a place to sleep.
Negatives: The room needed work done to it. Was old looking, ceiling had been patched, cracking walls, Etc. Seal missing under the door, we could see light under it. The worst was the train that went by several times in the night!

Negatives: Location, front desk, people hanging around vehicles in the parking lot. Since kids were still sleeping we decided to cancel and keep driving.

Positives: Location was right off interstate
Negatives: There was a hole in the ceiling and the shower curtain rod was broke so you couldnt close the shower curtain. Asked for another room and it had a huge crack above the shower on the ceiling so I asked for a refund and the lady in the front said she would take care of it and we left.

Positives: Room was comfortable
Negatives: The front desk did not seem to care if we were there or not. In the discription on booking it advertised a pool. The pool at this location has not been open in 2 years. I feel that was a bit false advertising. Chose this location because of the pool, so a bit let down.

Negatives: I went into the room my lights was not working my paint off my ceiling was falling into the room ìt smelt like smoke and mildew so I had a refund and then when I did get a refund it came right back off my husband's card

Negatives: Rooms that say non-smoking you pay for non-smoking but get smoked and safety locks broken off the doors. The hotel is in a safe area, but the residents are sketchy at best.
